5. Review Guidelines

When submitting reviews, you agree to follow these guidelines:

  • Reviews must be based on your genuine experience with the business.
  • Reviews must not contain false, defamatory, or misleading information.
  • Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language.
  • Reviews must not promote illegal activities or violate any laws.
  • Reviews must not contain personal information about others without their consent.

Trust Advisor reserves the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines.

6. Business Accounts

Businesses may claim their profiles on Trust Advisor to respond to reviews and access analytics. Businesses must provide accurate information about their services and must not misrepresent their relationship with customers.

Businesses must not offer incentives for positive reviews or penalize customers for negative reviews. Such practices violate our guidelines and may result in the removal of the business profile.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
  • Using automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, or data mining tools, to download data from the Service.
  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempting to manipulate reviews or ratings through fake accounts, paid reviews, or other deceptive practices.

8. Termination

Trust Advisor reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUST ADVISOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

Trust Advisor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
