net, the largest Croatian cable operator that offers fixed telephony, broadband Internet access and television services such as cable television and satellite television.

I have been experiencing the same issue with this service for years. I pay for an unlimited internet package, yet as soon as the tourist season begins, the quality of the connection drops dramatically. The internet becomes so slow that it is sometimes impossible to load a simple video, let alone work, stream content, or use online services normally. What is most frustrating is that this problem occurs every single year, which suggests chronic network congestion rather than an occasional technical fault. Despite this, customers continue to pay the full price for a service that is clearly not being delivered at the expected standard. It is interesting how strictly the provider enforces customers' contractual obligations—late payments can result in service suspension, and early contract termination can lead to penalties. However, when the quality of the service falls far below what customers are paying for, there seems to be little or no accountability on the provider's side.Based on my experience, the service during the tourist season is significantly below the level one would reasonably expect for the price being charged.

A1 has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. They add options and services without properly explaining them, including things like screen protection, and they do so without my knowledge or consent. That kind of behavior feels unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely disrespectful toward customers. On top of that, it seems they do not even understand the difference between a basic chatbot and a so-called AI assistant. Their “Niksa” definitely does not seem like any real AI assistant, but rather a poorly made automated response system that does not actually help solve problems. Instead of proper customer support, I felt like I was being redirected, confused, and pushed toward extra charges. Very bad experience, and I would not recommend A1 to anyone
At the phone call I agreed to switch from another operator because A1 offered better service and tariffs. When they sent a contract to sign there were different terms, conditions and tariffs then offered earlier. Probably they didn’t think anyone would read before signing. It’s really annoying and disappointing. I will not consider signing with A1 anymore.

Scammers and thiefs. My tariff is expired and I have went to a1 to turn off everything but every few months I get letter for a bills. No matter how many times I pay and I cancled the service they always send the bills and claim I didnt
