Good afternoon, I made a purchase of a sofa on Sklum as I'm hosting an event. 2-3 days delivery they said. Now its been almost 2 weeks and not a word besides "Agediss". The tracking number (89336049) always shows a error upon use. Costumer service non existent. Now the website been disconnected. After reading the reviews I got concern over my deliver specially due to the event I'm supposed to host. Please give me some clarity on the matter as im not going to go back and forth with you/them. Thank you.
Great service. The two gentlemen who delivered our product, were very respectful and careful. Very organized and cleaned up after. I would recommend them and use their service again.
I would give -1 after being given a date for delivery before Christmas for a kitchen work service. It did not arrive. No apology just another date. I have waited all day, a few updates on the delivery time and again, no delivery, no apology and I have no kitchen work top. I am appalled. There is a green tick on the Leroy Merlin site which I presume means they have been told it has been delivered?!!
As many other people here said: If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have done it. I bought a tv during Black Friday from Carrefour, and since it wasn't available for pickup I had to opt for delivery. Scheduled the delivery 6 days after the purchase. On the day of delivery I got a message that "le colis a pris le mauvais chemin" and that they will contact me. Seeing the comments here, I didn't wait for them to contact me, I called them. I scheduled another delivery three days later. This time it looked ok, I got a message with the tracking link, but they didn't show up. There was no information, they just didn't show up. Then, they messed up my file, so I couldn't reschedule, even with the customer support. I called them, at least once everyday, nobody could or wanted to do anything. Finally, I cancelled my order and even that is taking a lot of time to process. Soon it will be 3 weeks since I paid 700euros and I don't have the TV and I don't have the money. Carrefour has been understanding but they also don't do anything. They chose to work with these incompetent company and they let me lose my nerves instead of handling it by themselves. All in all, a terrible experience! If you can avoid them, do it! Unprofessional and disrespectful!
