After a Botox and filler botch elsewhere that left me with a droopy brow, I turned to Dr. Paul. His expertise lifted my brow and fully corrected the problem. I have since returned several times, and he also treated my TMJ disorder — I am now free from the pain I had lived with for years. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t freeze your face or make you look unnatural, and there’s no hard sell — just honest advice and beautiful, natural results. His skill, professionalism, and genuine care set him apart. I am truly grateful to be in the hands of an expert, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking safe, effective aesthetic treatment.
I was disappointed to discover that the price of my treatment had increased by nearly 50% without any prior notice within weeks . On top of that, I was charged again for my treatment which I had already paid for. While that issue was eventually resolved and I believed we had come to a mutual understanding, I’ve since been told they no longer wish to continue seeing me as a client. I had hoped for clearer communication and a more respectful resolution, especially after I was going to continue being a loyal customer. It was very bad communication. On resolution of their errors I felt it had been resolved amicably a d respectfully. However it's obvious that was not the feeling on their end because I was stunned to read an email that they didn't want my custom. Again this is not appropriate customer service for a professional service.
Superb experience at Amara clinic. Lovely staff who always give a warm & professional welcome. I am Very happy with the natural results of my skin treatments. The overall results Exceeded my expectations. Dr Paul is highly experienced and excellent at what he does. The best!
