GBGBI placed an order on the 8th of October 2025.waited 3 weeks but never got tracking number or dispatch notice.i sent an email to them asking where my order was.i received an email back saying ( we have shipped out a large back order please be patient.so I waited another 3 weeks.thats 6 weeks in total but nothing.i have just tried to email them again but it says the address i sent the email to doesn't exist.so iam now another customer who has been ripped off.nothing but scammers.avoid avoid.
GBGBIt took 2 months but I urge people who have never received their candy to raise a claim with your card/ payment provider.I was very pleased to see this morning that my claim had been upheld and my money refunded.
GBGBPlaced an order 12th October emailed got the usual were busy response so i have now contacted my bank for a chargeback. SCAMSSSSS STAY AWAY
GBGBPlaced an order in Sept on 48hr delivery, chased multiple times since with automated reply only saying 'please be patient', which feels dismissive and rude given it was meant to be delivered in 2 days and it has now been 2 months. Update - tried to email again and the email address now doesn't exist. Appalling service.
