There is NO cancel subscription button. I signed up for the 7-day free trial, but there is NO cancel subscription icon as several instructions imply.
I did their trial, but when it came time to cancel, there is no cancel button and no login. It's a scam. I did their trial weekly subscription but they charge you for the entire year up front. In their terms and conditions it says you can cancel after a week but there is no way to cancel. It is a scam. All the services they offer are avaiable for free on the internet anyway. Stay away from them unless you want to be scammed.
My experience with Audio.com’s tools was great. Needed to convert some audio files into a different format. Would highly recommend!
