Ordering was simple, although the requested items were out of stock the wonderful customer care team kept me updated with delivery dates. I ordered 5 Chadwick bar stools. They are just perfect and so comfortable, the kitchen is now the favourite place to sit!
Same experience as many. Item showing in stock, purchase made, email advising out of stock and offering alternative options. Item still showing on website as in stock It's been a long time since I've come across a supplier with such poor stock control. Will be seeking refund immediately
Ordered 4 bar stool for next day delivery. Site said they were in stock. Order accepted and £480 paid. Threw away old bar stools. Got email next day saying that the stools were not in stock and wouldn’t be for some time. Gave me 2 options 1. Wait for stock or 2. Choose other stools. There was a link to similar stools which took me to the stools I had ordered and still said they were in stock. I called and they agreed a refund as I have bought stools elsewhere from someone who actually has stock. After 4 days have still not had a refund. I would avoid as you don’t know if it says in stock it actually means in stock and they keep hold of your money.
Primrose barstools in fabric - not as substantial as I’d hoped. Very narrow and everyone that sits on them comments they are very snug! Wood split when screws put in on a couple of the legs. Delivery very good came next day.
