AUAUAmazing experience from pre surgery to post surgery. Great communication with Eser through out the entire time of seeking quotes and information all the way til we landed in Istanbul. They really don't muck around. Soon as we landed we got all tests done pretty much immediately. Victoria was our translator and the one who made everything happen prior to our surgery. We went over as a group of 3 for bariatric sleeve surgery. Big thanks to Dr Abdulla for operating on us all and for following up with checks. Nursing staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always on hand for us and helped make our recovery and stay that much more comfortable. The facilities are nice. We all had our own private rooms with our own bathrooms. There isn't a thing I can fault. Very happy and very please with the outcome. Special mention to the dietician Ceren as well who we are still in contact with now. She continues to update our eating plan and answers any questions we have. I would highly recommend Basari Hospital to everyone.
GBGBMy 2nd visit to the hospital and I can't fault anything at all from booking to post operative care is fantastic. Eser was very professional on booking, the hospital nurses, surgeon and Victoria International correspondent were all attentive, patient and gave 110% care always. Transfers were reliable and hotel Lionel was beautiful place to rest after the operation. Will definitely be back for 3rd procedure next year. Highly recommend service.
