DEDEI cancelled my order because they didn’t have the product i ordered so i had to wait till they got it delivered - big lie in my opinion. After 2 weeks i still haven’t got my money back. A clear fraud! They just reply to my emails with some bot. Horrible experience!! I don’t how this company is allowed to operate still in the market????
NLNLMy order was canceled almost a month ago, yet i still haven’t received any refund. Completely unacceptable, my credit card told me the dispute was refused by the store, yet i have given proof of the cancellation. Further contact does not give any indication when i could receive my money back. I am gonna get in contact with paypal to try to dispute the claim that way.
