Brilliant service from start to finish. Can not fault a single thing. Even with queries, really quick responses and super helpful. Most importantly the bed is just beautiful & really comfy mattress. Its like having a hotel bed, in your room! ❤️

5* all the way. Their customer service was quick and always responded fast. The delivery communication was spot on and very easy. The guys who delivered were super friendly and assembled it all well. Highly rate the quality of the bed too - it's solid, premium, and looks beautiful. All in all absolutely happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

So I purchased my beautiful bed last week and it was delivered yesterday. From start to finish it was seamless, honestly couldn't of asked for better. I had bought a bed from a well known site previously and they were terrible and so I was without a bed BUT it was worth it because this bed is sooooo much better. I went for the jacob wingback, in pink with gold studs. Super easy to assemble, great quality and extremely sturdy. The delivery men were so lovely too. I can't comment on customer service as I haven't had to use them but in my eyes thats a huge WIN! From placing the order i received a confirmation email, then I got an email to give me tracking info and delivery details, the day before delivery i received a message asking me to confirm if I could receive my bed the following day, there was an option to rearrange which I think is fab. But luckily I was able to be home. All in all this has been such a positive experience after such an awful ordeal previously where the other company threatened me for asking to exchange the headboard. Thank you so much for my new bed I love it. Not sure how to add a photo but its stunning.
