After ordering the incorrect size for my Therm-a-rest Neoloft, I went to try and cancel my order within a few hours and well before the stated 12 hours. No idea if this request has been processed or even received. No option to actually cancel or engage with anyone directly. Customer service does not appear to be in place - buyers beware

For Canadian shoppers, beware that the price does not include sales taxes, the price is therefore not as competitive as it seems. In addition, Bobleisure adds an additional charge and you also have to pay custom fees if you want Fedex to deliver your package. I wrote to the company in Germany a few times and they respond quickly but I never got a response as to why they do not deliver to Canada directly instead of going through the US. Also, it takes 7 business days before they prepare and ship your order.

I am editing my origional review and giving 5 stars from 1. I purchased ski boots and there was initially an issue in that I didn’t get a confirmation email or tracking number. I gave an honest, detailed review of what happened after not knowing what was going on with the item, and Sven, the CEO of Bobleisure reached out right away. He sent out a replacement item immediately with all of the tracking information and said he was going to look into why it was not generated immediately upon purchase, which it is supposed to do, so that it doesn’t happen again. The ski boots arrived and they look and fit great, I can’t wait to hit the slopes! Thank you again, Sven, I appreciate your fast response and all of your help in the matter and I will definitely buy from Bobleisure again!

I feel a little bit annoyed when I found this item for cheaper from this site but had to pay an additional $60 usd to fedex for import fees. This was not clear to me when purchasing the item and the shipping was advertised as free. I have always enjoyed and appreciated usung this site in the past to buy ski gear even though it takes longer to ship, but I will not be back if I know that the price includes a requirement to pay extra a month after the item arrives.
