IEIENo issues, priced right and delivered in perfect condition
IEIEOrdered a bedframe and Mattress from them. Order was placed on the 28th of February. Delivery was expected for the 11th of March. after the items didn't arrive we reached out to them (15-17 of March) only for customer support to tell us that the items were OVERSOLD... they had to wait for stock to arrive (which conveniently happened the day we called). Not only that but we were told delivery could take up to two weeks again... The tale goes on though.We received the bed frame on the 26th of March, but alas there was no mattress! when we called to inquire they told us they had LOST it!? the mattress and they had to place an order for a new one... ETA was 5 days plus extra time for delivery... Now, on the 7th of APRIL we were once again told the mattress was lost in transit and they had to place a new order and yet again wait for delivery up to two weeks???Completely unacceptable. rest assured we will NOT be using their services again... We were cointing on the bed to be with us as we had visitors coming at the end of March and April, none of which could make use of the bed, unbelievable incompetence.
IEIEI got a product and it didnt suit what I needed and want to return it got the rma and told it would be collected. It is now the 3rd time they have failed to get it collected and this is going on since March 20th. This is gone beyond a joke as it product is worth a €200 and now it sitting here still not been collected. They keep saying they will get the courier to collect but they never show up. Sick of excuses I now have to look at legal action against them as I cant get a refund until they receive their product back.
