CACAWhen I sign up, it was not mention that they would charge me in USD.I booked virtual office in Canada. Even invoice was not in USD. It is so misleading and inappropriate. Now, they keep charging me from my credit card as USD.
USUSThe online experience was fine. The problem is after that. You should know: you will NOT get a working phone number (which means you may not get the one you picked) or address (mostly for letterhead, business cards, registration forms etc.) until you complete the USPS CMRA. This form is ONLY required by USPS, but the business uses it to hold your setup hostage after taking your money. This is NOT clearly stated anywhere on the website and it is lightly, briefly, pseudo implied from the email. I don't recommend the company for this reason or at least until they fix it, but I am upping my score because of their customer service working with me to refund me. FYI: The phone number has NOTHING to do with USPS, thus there's no logical reason to withhold the number or even reserve the address - you just can't process (open or redirect) the mail, but you can receive it. All of the places do. So basically they made an internal decision to lump it all in together - and their refusal to change the process doesn't change my notes above, because they COULD do it if they wanted.
