DEDEDEDEI ordered an Espresso machine, and it's now been over two weeks since it was supposedly sent out. It did not arrive yet, and DHL says they haven't received the package yet (only shows "this order was electronically announced). When reaching out via email, to Coffee Friend, you don't get any info, only standard responses that feel like AI. Would never order here again, and don't recommend it to others.
DEDEThe company is unable to send the product because it has been over 14 days since the product was not correctly cataloged in the central warehouse, and can only be shipped after that. I apologize, but I'm not concerned with internal processes. With the shipping label, I only get that it's registered to be shipped, but it was never sent in the mail. I ordered and have thus a right to the product I bought. After a phone call and an email, I was only told it's coming and that they do their best.
