I missed a call from this company, i tried to call back and no answer

I was offered a free trial, on courses.org, after a few days I cancelled the subscription because it is too expensive. Straightaway they offered me a 50% discount on the subscription for coursera.org plus for which I thought is reasonable considering other online platform offering similar services. I accepted the offer. However, I discovered that coursera had been charging my account the full price of £38. And when I challenged them they told me the offer of 50% was only for the first installment and not for the subsequent payments. I didn't discover that until this month. So they have been charging me £38 for the last 3 months. The agent apologised but no refund. Obviously I am going to cancel the subscription. Now do I think that I was miss sold the product, hell yes, coursera used misleading tactics to sell there product to me especially if they are offering the 50%,online to intise innocent customers to the same trap. Shame on you coursera.org

I’ve completed my courses but not received any of my certificate. When I signed up it said that these would be included as pdf in the price. Now it says premium&transcript I’ve got to pay an additional 19.99!

Cannot even access the course, do not reccomend
