GBGBThis company is unbelievable. I placed my order on 5 December, based on the delivery timeframe clearly stated on their website. After hearing nothing, I repeatedly contacted them to request a delivery date and was eventually informed that the item would not arrive until after Christmas. As the item was a Christmas present, I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and for a full refund. I made this request clearly in three separate emails over the course of three days. Not once did the company acknowledge my cancellation request, nor did they confirm a refund or provide any meaningful response. Instead, I continued to receive the same generic, automated message stating that the order was “being processed” and offering a discount on a future purchase, which was completely inappropriate given the situation. Despite my explicit cancellation request, I was then notified today that the item has been shipped, with an estimated delivery date of 30 December. Shipping an order after a customer has clearly asked for cancellation and a refund is entirely unacceptable. This experience demonstrates a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. I consider this company to be untrustworthy and I am genuinely shocked that they continue to operate in this manner. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.
GBGBHorrendous experience. I ordered on the 26th November and was told it will take 6 working days for delivery. I was repeatedly lied to by the company regarding order processing and shipment. Eventually I was told that my delivery had been shipped and was due for delivery today (17th December), three weeks after I initially made my order. I have received nothing. I have now contacted my credit card company to get a full refund. I will never recommend this company.
