I'd been using Curate for more than 18mths as my prescriber for Mounjaro. In the past couple of months I had decided to move up to 10mg and order the pens ahead of time. My most recent order for 10mg I'd left late because I was traveling due to work commitments. Upon my order passing through the approval process I was rejected because I was told I must have had a lapse in my dosing due to timing of orders - which was simply incorrect. I spoke on the phone to two prescribers and also emailed and was refused my 10mg dose due to misinterpretation of my order date history - all of which was in their systems. They are finally dispatching only a 7.5mg dose, and due to their delay throughout this approval process, it has now meant I have actually lapsed my dosing by 5 days for the first time since starting my Mounjaro journey! Hugely disappointing and have now switched provider as a result as the trust in their reliability to provide something which has been genuinely life changing is gone.
In comparison to other companies I have dealt with these guys are another level incompetent, what a palaver!
If i could give them 0 I would, after 6 days im still waiting for my medecin, they are not reliable, never order from them again
*UPDATE #2*Order was despatched on Tuesday afternoon after me highlighting to Curate my consumer rights and showing Curate their terms and conditions stating despatch will be in 2 days of approval.Where is my order?UPDATE #1:Having had my order approved and told it was preparing for despatch last Wednesday, I have had no notification at all of what's happening.Sent several emails and finally get a reply late on Monday (today - 5 days later) saying it will be despatched "very soon" and "don't worry, you only need to go back down to a lower dose if you miss 2 weeks"... What the hell?I don't want to miss 2 weeks. I don't want to go back down to a lower dose.They have given no reason for the delay, just being vague.This is against my consumer rights.AVOID!
