GBGBDentaprime are the worst!!! They do not refund your money and when you call to speak a manager or someone in charge you get VERBALLY ABUSED BY a Man Called EVAN!!!!! From the Stratford, London Branch EVAN is awful he swears and he curses you and tell you, can't speak to anyone and I ain't getting any money back and says Dentaprime is a scam because if you don't get work done customers won't ever get a penny back!!!! EVAN is so aggressive and you will remember his voice his literally answers the phone and abuses customers, I remember being in tears in July 2025 because of how EVAN verbally abused me and kept calling back my phone because they see the number on there system and I called again today 30th December 2025 & EVAN shouting abuse, : (

GBGBI've now completed my treatment with Dentaprime and from start to finish it was superb. The premises and equipment are ultra modern and hi-tech, and all the staff are friendly, professional and give you total confidence. 18 months ago I was scared of dentists and had several rotten and broken teeth. Now I am much more relaxed about having dental work done, and my dental problems are sorted.
