Don’t buy from here. Crazy fees. Once you place your order you can’t do anything and they are very uncooperative behind polite phrases. They have a 30 day delivery policy (written in small) that you just have to accept. Their tracking system promise a delivery day that is not kept. 150 kroner fee if you return your item or don’t pick up. You have to wait 30 days in order to complain about delivery time. Desenio located in Sweden. Warehouse in Poland!
I have now waited 14 days for an order that was clearly stated to take 5 days. 1500 DKK is essentially stuck somewhere in Germany with no explanation, no updates, and no accountability. The complete lack of communication and failure to deliver within the promised timeframe is unacceptable. This is extremely poor service, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
