GBGBMy retriever had her original rolled leather collar from Dogs & Horses for about 7 years. She wore it 24/7, swam in it, rolled in fox poo etc until it finally broke on Christmas Eve. I ordered a new one as soon as I got home and following a quick conversation with the company a replacement was despatched there and then. It has arrived this morning. GBGBIt was my fault, lead got damaged - left hanging out of car - no dog attached! Contacted Dogs & Horses about repairs, they immediately responded and lead sent off and returned (repaired - lovely job) all within a week or so. Free of charge. I can highly recommend this company, fantastic customer care and quality products. Result = one poodle with smart collar and now matching lead again. Thank you.
