Donner Music

I purchased a keyboard to be shipped for A Christmas gift. This was a $700 item. The piano was shipped in a single box. When it arrived the box had a hole in it. Upon opening the piano there was a fist sized hole in the wooden back of piano where the keyboard is located. Several emails have been sent with NO RESPONSE from Donner music. I turned the claim with photos in to a claim company listed on the Donner website. Their response was was to give me 20% of the cost and tell me no repair was available. A repair is not needed. The item needs to be replaced!!!! I urge you not to buy anything from this company. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. Very disappointed in the shipping of a piano keyboard in a single cardboard box across the country and when damaged on arrival no offer to replace the item. Not a reputable company.

I ordered 2 items, I received an E-mail showing that the items shipped on 12/26/2025. One item left their facility for their Post Office, today is 1/3/2026, and the item still hasn't made it to their Post Office. The other item supposedly shipped via DHL, but the tracking number they provided can't be tracked. I have made several attempts to contact them, but they have never responded. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

Well I really should have looked at trust pilot before purchasing. Piano bench arrived but no piano. I ordered it 10 days ago. 6 days ago no more shipping updates from Fed ex. It appears to be lost. Have emailed them a few times with no response. No phone number for customer service. I expect I will likely have to do a charge back as many others here have said they had to do. Really disappointing.

So as it stands. My piano has turned up for my son's birthday present. It has a huge hole in the back of the piano. The packaging was completely battered upon arrival. I am awaiting a response from Donner Music.
