My experience with Dormio has been appalling, not just at the hotel level (Valkenburg, NL) but at the corporate level as well. After being subjected to a FREEZING room and an aggressive manager who tried to CALL THE POLICE TO TRY AND OVERCHARGE ME, I contacted Dormio to comment on the matter. Despite the severity of the incident, they have failed to reply. It is clear that Dormio does not take guest feedback seriously. If you have a problem at one of their resorts, do not expect any help from their headquarters. I will be taking this matter to the consumer protection authorities.
The master villa’s are amazing. Very luxurious, clean and lots of space. We had villa 16 and it has an amazing view and lots of privacy at the wellness. Even with freezing temperatures both the sauna and the jacuzzi stayed hot easily. All equipment worked perfectly and the resort is nice and quiet. We had a great Christmas vacation.
Nice location and well equipped appartment. Reception desk and technical services very friendly and helpfull.
