New plant not doing well. Been going in a circle with their customer service which is only via email. Bought 2 plants. One doing well the other is not well. It is always dry and not absorbing water. Even sent pictures of metor reading... Told me to follow their list of remedies...no remedy to provide water to the plant roots. The watering system is not working on this plant... Can not get them to understand. Not worth the headache.... Days of emails. Problem is if you have a bad product, it doesn't get resolved in their customer service system. Do not recommend using this company.

Their customer service is extraordinary and they stand by their product. Their responses are thorough and timely. If you are having any type of problem with a product, they are there to help!

So easy, just unpack and water. My plant is already growing. I plan to get more plants in the future.

My plant looks beautiful and thriving! Customer service went above and beyond to make my original order right. With the drastic temperature dips here in the Midwest my first plant unfortunately didn’t make it through the delivery. But know worries, it was super easy to reach out to and they were happy to replace my plant and I got lucky with timing with a brief warm up when my new plant was delivered! Very happy and will definitely be ordering more plants. I should also mention, I have purchased their replacement pots to repot another plant and that was super easy and working out well too. I need to order another one to repot my fiddle tree that has outgrown its current planter.
