SISII ordered Marker 11.0 TP ski bindings with 90 mm brakes, but the brakes are narrower than 85 mm. Ekosport advised me to manually bend them to fit, but according to the manufacturer (Marker) they do not recommend manually bending or spreading the brake. I expected more accurate specifications and safer technical guidance for such equipment.
NLNLI ordered a ski helmet from this company, but the promised delivery times were completely inaccurate.After waiting many days, I finally contacted customer service because the package had not even been shipped yet. I explained that I no longer needed the item if it would arrive several days later, since I needed it for my winter sports trip. They assured me it would arrive on time.Because of the uncertainty, I was forced to order a helmet somewhere else. In the end, the order was shipped too late anyway. As a result, I had to return the item. To make matters worse, I had to pay all shipping costs myself.Now they are no longer responding to my messages at all. Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. I will never order from this company again.

IEIEI am very disappointed with my experience with Eko sport. I would have worked with one of the subsidiaries while in France which was always fantastic and was the reason I decided to purchase skis from them. I have the skis one year now, upon taking them out this year the bindings separated from the skis. From this I am unsure how long water was able to seep into the code of the ski. I raised this issue with Eko sport solely because the shop agreed with me that this was not down to a riding issue, that from their observation it seemed that the holes made for the binding screws was the wrong diameter to the screw’s themselves. This means for me I had to pay out of pocket to get the skis repaired while on a ski trip. And I also had to mount bindings 1cm toward the back. The main thing for me is water seeping into the core of the ski would wreck the integrity. Eko sport said they are aware that this would damage it water seeping in, but they also made sure to note that this issue could have been cause by numerous other reasons. I had the shop in Sweden inspect my skis and they were fairly sure that it was an installation issue and were surprised that this was even missed by them. They told me that I should definitely be covered under warranty for something like this, which is why I have messaged Eko sport. Anyway what has resulted is Eko sport have told me, they cannot help me and they will not even reimburse me for the binding fixing. This will definitely be my last purchase from them and I will no longer be recommending them to anyone as their customer service was as helpful as a chocolate teapot, I was told they wouldn’t be able to help from very early on. These skis were bought for myself last year and I also bought a pair for my girlfriend last year also at the same time, both included the bindings and Eko sport to fit them in the factory. This is the loyalty you get.
