I ordered 3 pairs of slippers that were sent in two different packages, with two postages. All were too small, very small sizes which is unual for Shepherd that we always buy, but there was no information about this on the Ellos website. I am a size 39 normally and needed 41. I returned all 3 pairs of slippers and ordered a new pair that were faulty, unfortunately, one of the shoes had a sharp seam sticking up and hurting the foot. These had to be returned too. So I ended up having to pay for 3 returns as the first order was sent in 2 parcels. Then I was charged interest, altogether 300 kr for no goods at all, just return and interest fees. Never Ellos again!
Boots I ordered were too big, but could not just exchange for correct size. 50 SEK for return seems a lot, when it said free shipping. Took a while to receive my refund.
Found great Christmas Calender (Julkalender) to my daughter, and all the experience from placing order to the delivery was smooth & great 👍
