EpicNPC is a free marketplace where gamers can buy, sell or trade game accounts, items or offer services.

EpicNPC site is very bad. I have been a member since March 2019 and have had many bad experiences with the owner and main admin @EpicNPC, along with all the poor administrators and moderators. They have extremely ridiculous rules and policies. They will reply that I'm a scammer because I resell accounts, when the negative feedback I had on EpicNPC was because the account got deleted and I demonstrated that the buyer is who deleted it, not me, and who tried scam me requesting a refund, but they not wanted check my proof because they said "we do not investigate off-site sales". I said them that PlayerUp already did the job, they investigated it and removed the feedback, but anyway they not accepted remove it. I am a major seller on PlayerUp with 170 positive feedbacks and no negatives since January 2017, 9 years doing this activity, a perfect reputation with more than 2500 accounts sold since then, 5000 satisfied costumers and +150 accounts for sale currently, so for sure I'm not scammer, as I would have negative feedback and I would be banned there. Later, a random moderator decided believe the buyer, saying that I deleted the account, when is demonstrated the buyer did it, with clear proof. So they investigated the arguments of the buyer, but they not investigated my clear proof. This is one of the lots of bad policies they have. EpicNPC demand access to accounts to avoid being classified as a Middleman service. On these other sites it is possible to sell without giving access upfront; you find a buyer, then give access, remove the owner’s access, and link the account to the buyer, a process I’ve done thousands of times. However, they require access beforehand, which limits the number of accounts I can publish because few owners agree to give access before the sale. Many games do not allow account duplication, so this policy hinders sellers like me who assist owners in selling their accounts. They wrongly believe that if I have access, I am not a middleman, but I can talk to buyers via Discord, create a group with the owner, and complete the sale, regardless of whether I have access beforehand. I have 150 accounts for sale in the other site, but only I had 30 on EpicNPC because of this ridiculous rule. The EpicNPC moderators are very bad. They constantly disturbed me, deleted my threads with no reason, and made me republish them, accusing me of being a middleman, when I only was posting accounts I own with Trade Guardian activated. Every two weeks, I received warnings or deletions, when I was doing nothing wrong, following all rules. Each moderator has different criteria. Once they banned me without reason for an entire month. Initially, he warned me that I needed access to the accounts to post them, which no one is doing there and they not investigate it. I accepted it, I published only accounts I own, and he banned me 1 month with no reason. I reported someone else who had 14 accounts without access, but the main admin said I couldn't report the same accounts again, which is illogical since he still had published accounts he didn't have access to, and this person not got banned. EpicNPC states they do not investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian is used, which is unhelpful. I was banned for 10 days for replying to feedbacks to tell the truth and show proof that the negative feedback were false, so they do not allow truthful replies, possibly because they dislike me talking about the other site, where the fake negative feedbacks got removed. EpicNPC permit negative feedback for off-site sales but do not investigate them, which I challenged, arguing that negative feedback should not be allowed without investigation. They responded with a nonsensical argument, saying they should also block positive feedback, which makes no sense. The main admin is not very intelligent and very bad person. EpicNPC is terrible; the owner is very crazy. His policies are ridiculous, and all his rules are nonsensical. They do not respect the work of reputable sellers like me, who have a perfect reputation and have sold thousands of accounts since 2017, including 2500 accounts in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, satisfying 5000 customers. Over the years, however, they have been damaging my activity.

Decent site when nothing goes wrong. But if it does there isnt anything the site can do for you if you get scammed, and if you dont use their paid service for trading they dont even look at your problem.
