I got good advice about the flooring I chose, how much I needed and what underlay I needed. Delivery was appalling, my builders lost two days at the end of a long project and UK Flooring took no responsibility for the poor service.The day before the delivery was due I had had no communication about delivery, I phoned UK flooring and was told because the flooring was from a secondary supplier and they had no control over delivery or communication but not to worry. The flooring wasn’t delivered on the agreed date, I waited all day and when I tried to call customer services it was too late. I called first thing the next day and the secondary delivery arrangement was explained again, they had to get in touch with the company and phone me back to say the flooring was out for delivery. The lorry arrived after 17:00 but the flooring wasn’t delivered because the driver didn’t realise they had a delivery and it was at the back of the lorry and they wouldn’t unload, one person was unable to and the driver wasn’t prepared to, my lack of people to help was also given as a reason.I emailed that night and called first thing, another explanation about how it wasn’t their fault but the flooring was on the AM delivery, it wasn’t. Another round of phone calls. Finally arrived after 16:00. One of my lovely builders had stayed to make sure the flooring was unloaded which was good because the single driver was no help.So far no response to my email and no apology. The flooring is great but UK Flooring were terrible when it counted. They took no responsibility for their suppliers failings.
Ordered a sample and then was constantly pestered about product and ordering. Didn't use as had flooring sent from other vendor that came highly recommended
I spoke to a lovely lady called Casey who helped us with our order. Got us a good discount. She was very polite and very helpful. Thank you

I went on live chat with Casey to ask about the price match promise. Casey quickly sorted out the price match was very helpful and informative. This lead to me placing my order straight after our live chat. Will Definately order again
