Shocking customer service and completely incompetent handling of flight changes. My return flight was altered with no solution provided, leaving me to sort out how to get home myself. The change notification email couldn’t even be replied to, and customer service is only reachable during limited working hours. Despite clearly requesting to be rebooked on the same flights as my travelling companions, I was moved to a different day without my consent, disrupting my plans and accommodation. When I called to correct their mistake, I was spoken over, accused of lying, and treated in a dismissive and condescending manner. This airline shows zero accountability, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I will not be flying with them again and strongly advise others to avoid.
Never book with asiana airlines! This has been the most infuriating company we've ever had to deal with, along with justfly. We have spent WEEKS trying to get a solution with justfly and asiana airlines and both customer service teams have been ridiculously unhelpful. We have been told from justfly to call the airlines, we call asiana airlines, they say to talk to justfly, we talk to justfly, they tell us to call asiana airlines.. etc over and over and over again we have been playing phone tag with justfly and asiana airlines about 6 different times, hopping back and forth only to be told to call the other company. Its getting absurd and so infuriating that they act like nothing can be done! Especially Asiana airlines! They have rejected my medical exemption letter with no explanation. I had an accident that required immediate medical intervention and surgery and I have a letter from my surgeon detailing strict guidelines of no travel whatsoever and asiana airlines refuses to give us any ounce of help regarding our situation. Everytime we have spoken to someone from asiana airlines they say "sorry we cant do anything" which is not the case, you can do way more than justfly and this company has given us no guidance at all on what we need to do when we talk to justfly. They say they're helpless then hang up on you. We have tried so hard to be patient in this situation but we are at a breaking point when dealing with this company that clearly doesn't care at all about their quality of service or customer care. I'm not one to leave reviews usually but we don't know what to do at this point because now were out $1800 for an unforseen circumstance and won't be able to afford to book our honeymoon again when I'm recovered from surgery. Even when we can afford to book any sort of travel after paying for the medical bills, we are never booking with justfly or asiana airlines ever again! Stay away from them! Never give them your money because all they want is to take it and act like they have no authority over giving a refund for your flight ticket when you have a serious medical condition and can no longer travel.
Awful experience with Asiana - they have no proper ground support at Heathrow and it is near impossible to speak to anyone in English at their overseas offices. Suggest you avoid them and fly with someone else
Trying to order a special meal seems impossible. They removed the option from the website and you have to call a number which sends you back to the website. I tried to talk to an operator but nobody is ever available. I guess I have to bring my own snacks for the next 12-hour flight.
