GBGBWouldn’t even give a 1 star. Especially for the lamb mince. The first time they said it was 10% fat, I used the chat function and emailed to ask if that was possible they said yes. The entire pack was basically fat. They gave me a refund and said this was not their usual standard. I give it the benefit of the doubt and order again along with some steaks and short rib. I email and DM to ask for the ribs to be cut and they say that’s fine. I receive the pack and low & behold. Nothing was cut, the lamb was once again practically 80% fat and the steaks were not cut properly. I tried!
GBGBOrdered 2 whole fillets to make Beef Wellington for big family gathering. Arrived on time, well chilled. Excellent value for the price and everybody enjoyed the meal!
GBGBOverall they have been great, on issues with delivery, CS or taste, recently had a whole fillet that had a lot of marbling which fillet shouldn’t have which is why not 5 stars
GBGBI cannot fault either the company or the meat! I don’t give praise lightly but I have always found the meat to be some of the best I have ever eaten and always as described. The company are always very helpful and able to give help and advice. I have had several orders and always better than any supermarket produce. I look forward to many more fantastic meals, thank you
