Ordered a Behringer 1820 and a Behringer ADAT.The 1820 boxed had been opened, instructions missing, cables tangled, fingerprints all over the unit, plastic cover missing of the plug prongs... I paid for new units, not opened and used.Then we start the send us photos nonsense to prove I'm not lying!Offer me £29 off the unit, which would not work. So I order a new unit.When I check they want to charge me £8.99 for a unit they sent me that was opened and the evidence suggests used - this is fraudulent!I've cancelled the unit I was to buy and they can have their "USED!" unit back.NOT TO BE TRUSTED !
GBGBOrdered a guitar and an Headrush core pedalboard at 8am Friday morning and paid the extra fee for Saturday delivery. Received no confirmation about dispatch. Followed up Saturday morning to be told the Headrush core’s were in stock but yet processed by the warehouse? So… are they in stock or not? Said they can deliver the guitar on Monday and the modeller next Friday 😂 A bad experience. Cancelled my order as I needed them this weekend hence paying for Saturday delivery. Don’t think I’ll be using this company again.
