My initial order with Amala arrived severely damaged. I advised Amala and sent photos of the damaged packaging and product. Amal a arranged prompt replacement at no cost and the replaced product arrived in excellent condition with priority delivery and packaging. despite the first order being unusable Amala's quick remedial action in replacing it has been exceptional.

The product Primecell H2 arrived in a timely manner and well presented. I ordered three months supply to trial. I was unaware that imbedded in the origonal order was an authority for Amala to repeat sales automatically and charge my credit card. I was displeased and when I tried to cancel the ordering I met with resistance and prevarication. I persisted and succeeded in stopping the irritating order. The matter was handled very efficiently and courteously by a representative called Harris who presumably was following company guidelines .The company's modus operandi left me feeling negative about the experience.I am still experimenting with the tablets and have yet to notice the benefits promised.
