My partner found this clinic online after reading on their website that they offer same-day lipoma removal. We contacted the clinic to enquire about prices and were told by the specialist that the procedure would cost £295. We specifically asked three times whether this was the final price, and although he said it might be slightly higher, there was no indication that it could be nearly seven times more expensive. The website itself is not transparent regarding pricing or wording, but we trusted the information provided by the specialist and attended the appointment based on that understanding. Upon arrival, my partner was briefly seen by a woman who was introduced as the surgeon. The consultation lasted no more than 30 seconds. She asked why we were there, looked briefly at my partner, wrote a few notes, and did not examine the lipoma properly—there was no scan, no physical examination, and no confirmation of the diagnosis. We were then taken to another room to discuss pricing, which is where the issue became clear. Instead of the expected £295 (or slightly more), we were quoted £1,399 for the procedure. This was completely unexpected and well beyond what we had been led to believe. We explained that this was far above our expectations and that we could not proceed. At this point, we were informed that we still had to pay £295 for the consultation because we did not go ahead with the procedure. While the clinic states that the consultation fee is waived if you proceed with treatment, this feels misleading when the quoted treatment price is drastically different from what was initially communicated. Charging £295 for a consultation that lasted less than 30 seconds and involved no proper examination is unreasonable. After disputing the misleading pricing and wording, we were eventually charged £160 instead, but the experience left us feeling misled and pressured. This clinic should be upfront and transparent about their real prices. If accurate pricing were clearly stated from the beginning, patients could make informed decisions and avoid wasting time and money. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine medical consultation.
Opting for a UK clinic was my choice to avoid traveling to Turkey. However, I found myself in a place where the staff's English skills were minimal. From the start, the organization was lacking; I was shuffled between three different rooms and waited about an hour before seeing the surgeon. When we finally met, the conversation was hurried, focusing heavily on selling me products rather than discussing the transplant itself. During the surgery, the surgeon interrupted three times to urge his staff to have me sign up for his offers before leaving, adding to the discomfort.I noticed that the clinic's cleanliness was below par, with visible blood stains and dirt, and the individual working on my hair was persistently coughing. Additionally, people were constantly coming in and out of the room, which added to the unsettling atmosphere.Despite these challenges, the transplant procedure appears to be progressing positively, with the healing process going well so far. However, I would not suggest this clinic to others. My attempts to reach their aftercare team via WhatsApp have been unsuccessful, yet I did receive a call prompting me to leave a review.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Professional team, smooth procedure, and excellent aftercare. Looking forward to the results over the next few months. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff;made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, the surgeon professional, pragmatic and makes you feel very comfortable. The entire procedure felt very smooth, for my first surgical procedure ever it definitely left a good taste in my mouth; the surgeon showed genuine care of my interests over simple profit. Overall satisfied and I'm loudly recommending it. Ps. Great 'Post Op' care, whenever I was unsure of what to do I had direct and clear resources from the clinic's website and staff to fall back on.
