GBGBAt first I thought that Ismael and Ali were brilliant as they seemed to really want to do a good job and were personable enough. I needed to have my entire flat cleaned before I moved in as it was left in a state. I was worried about the cost of getting someone in and originally thought it was absolutely worth the money. After they finished he pointed out everything they'd done, it looked fine on the surface. They'd offered to do the washing machine and cooker hood as extra and I paid additionally on top of the nearly £300 for everything. The carpet in the bedroom was deep cleaned but is still dirty, they hadn't moved the sofa(which I asked them to do, only piece of furniture in the room), the floor was still dirty when I cleaned again the next day. I raised this with them and he called me to explain how to clean it myself and then said he could come back to do the bit under the sofa but didn't know when. I needed to move in so have had to do it myself. I'm also having to deep clean the washing machine and the cooker hood as they are still dirty. If you just want an on the surface job I'm sure they're absolutely fine but this wasn't the deep clean I had paid for so I won't be using these services again.
