I have emailed, opened support tickets, called and used their chat - ZERO replies or customer support for over two weeks now. This is appalling. +++edit 02/12/2025 +++ finally got all the answer I needed and quick friendly support today. It has been over two weeks though and it has been difficult to get support before. However, I like the portal itself very much, it works very well. And they deserve a better rating after reaching out to me today, so upgrade to three stars and if their service improves absolutely five.
This is a professional company w a perfect system to work with. The layout of the program is built logically and the in the chat they are also extremely helpful. Thank you Marisa! ☺️
Really poor service. Trying to set up a plan and it always force you to take something more expensive than what you need. when you want to explain it... the AI agent just drives you crazy repeating the same. impossible to talk to a real person. Really don't recommend to choose Holded.
This software is the worst part of my job, i resent it so much that i make sure that invoice and expense as little as possible just to avoid using it. Reconciling anything in a currency that differs from the current that my bank account is in is an utter pain. All my expenses are in dollars, but my account is in euros. This software is expensive and costs me days every month in which I should be doing my actual job/trade. Worst of all, migrating away from it looks like it is going to cost me days. Any features that look like they would save you any time are always on the next paid tier up and frankly paying this company feels worse that paying the taxman. Finally, the amount of bugs I have bumped into make me wonder if they are running any form of automated tests when doing releases.
