Alfie is really good, has excellent customer service. He is easy to talk to explains things very well and comes across as a genuine and nice person. I would recommend.
quick and easy onboarding process... the online onboarding was relatively simple. The only problem was in understanding some of the terminology - having come from a different country to the UK, there were some terms that were slightly different, but now all sorted out...
Niccole was very good. Friendly and efficient. But the firm you've handed me onto seems really nasty.
