USUSBalloons didn’t arrive the same day as promised. Delivery fee refunded which was nice. But they finally arrived as my daughter was in her way out of the hospital and they deflated the next day. I notified the company of this and they refunded my money, so giving their customer service an A+ for doing the right thing!
