It took 3 weeks to open an account and it’s not over yet. Support is ok-ish (can answer you the next day or just forget to answer) and quite useless if your profile isn’t streamlined. But that’s exactly when they needed ! Anyway, they can’t help and just refer to their providers, like Swan. After 3 weeks of waiting and answering questions the account was still « under review ». I have already opened: Finom, Quonto, and Shine. It’s overkill and I will close Qonto, as they are not my exact fit, but my point is that my case was fine for them, but not for Indy. I asked them to cancel my application and close account. Guess what ? Two weeks later it is still open and I didn’t receive my init transfer back.
L'application est fluide et simple d'usage. Le support, quant à lui, est rapide et efficace! Je recommande vivement.
