I went in June for a facelift. Dr Ali Bal is a great surgeon and a lovely man. The nurse staff are absolutely fantastic and excellent. Cleaning and catering staff are the same - Fantastic, take pride in what they do and are so polite! I think this company is great if you know what you want, go and get it done and then leave without issue. However, if you're like me and change your mind or are unsure what you need, you end up feeling like a burden. Main negatives to note - Make sure you fully understand what you're signing and ask your surgeon to explain every detail of the planned surgery. I didn't do this and so I was completely shocked to realise that the facelift performed was done by drilling holes in my cheekbones and attaching my skin to the bone as opposed to lifting and having a scar along the hairline. I blame nobody but myself as I didn't ask but I do think they should be forthcoming with this information. You are told that you have one coordinator. However, you pick up on tones and how someone messages. So it was clear to me that sometimes I was messaging Alina and sometimes it was someone else. This ended up in confused conversations and repeating of information and they denied that I was talking to more than one person. I would have preferred honesty. I felt like I wasn't important because I wasn't having one of the more expensive surgeries and I didn't have a large following on Instagram. Regardless, I booked back in with them in November as I needed a revision to my facelift due unevenness in my face. I was told that revisions are free! Completely free of charge however I would need to pay £1,500 for hospital transfers and medicine. Like an idiot - I agreed and booked the surgery. Arrive at the hospital and this time, no double room with air conditioning. This time they have squashed two beds into a room that is clearly made for one and the air conditioning would not switch on in my room. I immediately felt like I wasn't wanted there. Nurses were lovely and remembered us. Even the catering lady remembered my daughter. I bumped into Dr Ali Bal and he was just a warm and friendly as last time but there was just this unease. Long story short, I had a phone call on the morning of surgery that my mum had fallen ill and I had to go home. I understand there should be cancellation fees but I was of the understanding that these were for tests that I would have had before the op. They only took my blood and did a 30 second X-Ray. This cost me £645 (Discounted from £1,000). As they were taking another patient to the airport, they kindly offered to take us too. So I am grateful for that. I also stupidly left my sunglasses in the car and Alina and the drive both worked hard to get my glasses back to me with 2 minutes to spare in the airport - Again I'm very grateful. However, I have been trying to re-book this surgery back in and there's no interest to get this resolved. I was even trying to add more surgeries on in the hope that would mean they were interested more! Who does that!? I can't even explain it but I just wanted to be seen and heard! I have since been doing some research and talking to a friend of a friend who's in the legal industry in Turkey and it just seems they were taking me for a ride. Offering the revision for free but charging me £1,500! Many other patients I spoke to went back for revisions and paid NOTHING. So they decided to take advantage of me and that's so upsetting. Charging me £645 to cancel when I hadn't even had all the tests done and their costs are not £645 - Again research confirms this. This figure is pulled from the air. Would I say you should avoid this place? Absolutely not! The hospital (5th Floor) is spotless, staff are amazing, surgeon is wonderful and I don't fully blame the coordinators and they are guided by management. But someone controls what happens and it's them that let it all down. I really wanted to go back for surgery but now I don't trust what they would charge me or if I would be put in the airing cupboard on my return! I unfortunately will have to go elsewhere and it's a shame as everything except for the admin is 5 stars!
I have been here twice and each time I have felt relaxed and cared for. The hospital is clean and well maintained. They have thought of everything you will need. The staff are amazing are are so friendly, and I mean each and every member of staff, no one can do enough for you. And your coordinator goes over and above. The nurses again so friendly and try everything to meet each and every need! No question if I ever wanted anything again I would not think twice about coming here! If I had to think of one negative it would be the food, it’s nice and it’s ok but I think some struggle with it, however that being said there is a cafe on the ground floor and the nurses will call in anything you want to eat. And there are shops, restaurants nearby and a mall about 10 mins away.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Just two weeks ago I had tummy tuck arms lift and liposuction back at Irmet international. Firstly I’d like to thank my coordinator Farah a beautiful soul with so much professionalism, I was onto Ekol hospital previously for same surgery of which i was not treated good by the coordinator, all she’s about is to pay, I did paid and she never pick call back, very disappointed in the approach I received form Ekol. Yea! My surgeon, the very Shy Dr Kurt😂, he does know what what to draw on you, I had mine surgery In November, am healing gracefully, happy with my result so far, still swollen which is part of the process, Dr Kurt don’t get the recognition he deserves, he’s a fantastic Dr, Appreciate everyone in İrmet, they’re helpful, caring from the nurses to the cleaner to the kitchen granny’s and the coordinators. Thank you for making me feel welcome and the love you all shown to everyone. Farah thank you for guiding me,it’s much appreciated. Guys Dr Kurt is a fantastic surgeon 🫡
I never normally write reviews but I just wanted to write a review for this amazing hospital. I travelled to İrmet from the UK in hopes of having a TT. Unfortunately due to my blood levels being low I couldn’t proceed. The doctors and nurses at this hospital were excellent, they sourced platelets to be infused in hopes of boosting my levels and they also managed to source other medicines that I needed (unfortunately they were too expensive) the care and compassion I received was great. You really cannot say a bad word about the care from the staff here. Even down to the cleaners, co-ordinators, translators etc. I will definitely be coming back once my levels are high enough!
