I purchased a product (massage pistol in this case) 1.5 years after use it (2 times a week) the machine stop charging. I couldn’t make it charge again, changing the charger or cable. I contact the company, I sent the item (I paid for it) and the answer is that due to usage, there is nothing to do. Not replacement or what so ever. They close the case. EU regulations says that electronic products has to last at least 24 months. 1.5 years and they don’t want to help or fix the issues. Really bad experience with ISports. Never again. REPLY TO KARIM from his sweet /pro customer answer. I only purchased one product in my life at ISports. Issues were there from the beginning. Suddenly the massage pistol stop charging. I tried with other charger, cables, etc but nothing works. Then I contact ISports to see how we could fix the situation. Rejection to fix it or replace it was at first answer. And within EU regulations, an electronic product has the warranty on 2 years. This one is 1.5 years. Either replace or fix the item or return the money to the buyer. The experiencie as a customer has been really bad, bad answer and resolution on the case. This is just my experiencie. Bad quality, bad service and bad ending. Not happy, never again. Just need to read ISport answer and that speak for itself.
I ordered a led-light strip through cdon.com. The first order got lost in the mail and the second i recieved didnt work. Now they are refusing my third complaint. I refuse to pay for a product i did not recieve and nor will i pay for a product that doesnt work. They will also not reply to my mails so communication with the company is non-excistent. Do not recommend. Total scam. Update: they reported my review to trustpilot and tried to remove it since it is bad, but i had proof that i ordered from them so my review is now verified. They also commented back multiple times in a nasty manner but have now deleted it. Please dont order from this store as they are very unserious
