GBGBI was happy with the ordering and delivery. I was a bit disappointed only to have one battery. It means having to stop and wait for it to charge. Also my last JCB drill had a plastic case which gave good protection. My last JCB drill is still in good working order but the charger has failed. What a waste.
GBGBGood information on customer service Tines bent on two forks from previous places. The JCB fork looks as if it is strong and will do the job. The lifetime warranty is good news.
