I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have emailed them several times regarding my order, and they have not responded to a single message. I still have not received my parcel, and the tracking information hasn’t updated at all. Their customer support is completely unresponsive, and I have no idea where my order is or if it will ever arrive. Very frustrating experience — I would not recommend based on the lack of communication and failure to deliver my purchase. Estoy muy decepcionada con esta empresa. Les he enviado varios correos sobre mi pedido y no han respondido a ninguno. Todavía no he recibido mi paquete y la información de seguimiento no se ha actualizado en ningún momento. Su servicio de atención al cliente es totalmente inexistente y no tengo ni idea de dónde está mi pedido o si llegará alguna vez. Una experiencia muy frustrante. No lo recomendaría debido a la falta de comunicación y al incumplimiento en la entrega.

First of all, I just want to thank the staff that work out here for their speed of the answer. There are not many CS that work like them. Beside that, the wide range of products is present. I could find all of the things that I was looking for, and the prices were normal. They are not low, not high, just as if I was shopping in my local sport center. So, all is fine.
It was a great experience buying online shoes in JD. I will sure be back again some time to shop.
I and all of my family have been assiduous clients at JD Fuengirola for years. On July 23 2025 I purchased some pants for 50 euros. They were given to me with no bag and with a purchase ticket. I then discovered that the pockets had no zip, something that I at my 73 years of age need. I took the pants back and apologised to the man explaining my dilemma.He examined the item and said that it was missing a label and so was non returnable. I informed him that I had never seen any label. He then went off for some 20 minutes only to return and confirm that their records showed that there was a label and so he would not accept the item. I then asked for the official complaints book, he said he would get it and then disappeared for a further 20 minutes. I started to fill in the forms as well as I could given the bad light and my bad eyesight. The manager then took it upon himself to plonk a bag with by pants in on the counter in front of me. I moved it and he said he had the right to physically throw me out of the store. I completed the forms which he then said he would stamp, but did not. I then turned to leave and as a parting shot I told him never to threaten me with violence again. He then tried to modify his previous statement by saying he would call security. He accused me of having no class, and other such choice items. I left and went home , somewhat depressed at the treatment I had received in a store that for years had boasted the best of staff, people off whom it had been a pleasure to buy.
