Whew, Keurig is frustrating. Twice they have processed an order six times on my credit card ($107 each) while failing to actually delivery any order. This is a technical issue with their website and I spent twenty minutes with their IT staff trying to resolve it. Aggravating! They don't seem interested in fixing it. Otherwise, their product is good.
This company really sucks!!! The most horrible company in the world. Never buy anything from them. You can place an order through Amazon or Walmart. I placed the order on December 21 and received it two days later. Then, i figured out there was a 25% off promotion. I called them and they asked me to return the one I received and pay for shipping myself. The price difference is about $50. You will be able to return it at their cost if you place an order through Amazon, Walmart and any retailer rather than the company. This company sucks!!!

Terrible warranty support – very disappointing experience I am extremely disappointed with Keurig’s customer support. My coffee machine stopped working suddenly after a strong electrical burning smell, which is a serious safety issue. The machine is less than one year old and was used normally. Because the machine was a gift, I do not have the original receipt — something very common for coffee makers. Even after providing photos, serial number, and detailed explanation, Keurig refused to honor the warranty, stating that a receipt is mandatory, with no reasonable alternative offered. This shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer care. A company of this size should understand that many of their products are gifts and still support customers when there is a clear product failure. I expected much better from Keurig. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their products or their customer service.

Your machines are terrible. I have bought at least 4 over the past 3 years and they stop working within a few months. I use filtered water so it’s your machine that is the problem. My last machine only lasted 2 months and I’m done with your company. I will never buy any of your merchandise ever again.
