GBGBJoined and waited in a queue over 3 hours to be told they had to close the chat queue. They must be understaffed and dont have the resources to help young people. Always get copy snd paste messages with a load of links that arent helpful. Such a waste of time.
GBGBThis company is a scam. You join the queue to chat and that's it. Nothing happens. The you find it's logged you out. I've tried four times and never got to speak to anyone. It simply doesn't work
GBGBIt’s a good site, and I’ve had some really really understanding counsellors. However I sent a message to a specific counsellor (who is brilliant) 12 days ago and I have not yet received a response. I sent another a day ago, just in case it had been missed. I understand you are all very busy but I would like to be informed of the wait times more. Just as I sent another to the inbox two days ago as well and haven’t got a response. I really don’t want to slate any individuals but I have been checking the site every hour, praying for a response. It’s been a rough few weeks.
