I’ve been with them for 2 weeks and if you’re looking for online access like I’ve had with all previous health insurers I’d advise to stay away from this crowd. They promise quick responses which quick to them is waiting 3 hours yesterday to get through to a video call after having to cancel my request 5 times and starting again. The call ended being advised they’d do up a referral letter for my daughter for A&E which was not done… I couldn’t get a video call this morning so I went on to their message a GP who has advised they can’t do referral letters only through video calls. I’ve yet to put in a claim with them, but going by my experience so far, and reviews below I can’t see that being smooth sailing either. Anyways for all future customers, if the ‘quick clinic’ is tempting you, don’t let it, nothing quick about it. Definitely the worst online service I’ve experienced to date with health insurers. We moved because this was a cheaper option, however it’s cheaper for a reason unfortunately. Level up, Level Health! Sarah Walsh

I've been with Level Health for 1 year and my experience has been a negative one on three fronts. 1. When I signed up with them originally I was quoted a certain figure for Plan B everyday with an excess of 300. However I was overcharged by a small amount each month for the entire year. It took numerous follow ups before they refunded me for this 'system error' in the form of a One4All voucher. 2. When I renewed my policy this year, there was a price hike of €26. An agent explained that if I was willing to increase my excess to 500 my monthly fee would remain the same as last year. However, the first month of my renewed policy had an overcharge of €19. When I called Level Health, I discovered that the agent who quoted me the renewal figure had 'missed something on the system'. 3. The final straw - I was charged on the double this month which again I was told was a system error. I could easily have missed this had I not been monitoring those payments given my experience with Level Health. Unfortunately, there have been one too many system glitches with them which resulted in two separate episodes of overcharging and also an inaccurate figure being provided for my renewal quote. I have cancelled my policy and will not be taking out cover again with Level Health
