The website is very easy to use. It's a simple, clean interface that works well on your mobile device so you don't have to go out your way to pull out a laptop/computer. There's human help not automated systems when it's necessary to fix any issues and once you set your profile up and give all the documents you need. Everything just runs quietly in the background and they send you the occasional notifications that things are being taken care of. So far the service has been a simple yet effective means to clean up my credit and would recommend it to anybody who needs to clean their credit up.
They do not act quickly or efficiently. They draw out the process for as long as possible, understandably to continue to bill you monthly, however, you could use AI to generate the same letters that they send creditors and credit reporting agencies yourself.

They weren’t upfront with me about chapter 7, when I was never qualified for it. Slow responses they had me send all of my paperwork to someone in the company who never did anything for about eight months. By the time I went to finish it after paying for everything and having to resend everything because apparently they couldn’t get into her email, even though I called every day and got the same thing the same thing nobody actually ever really took me seriously for those eight months I got the runaround. I was told to wait that they’ll get a hold of me. It was just a lot of BS. At the end of the day, I had to cancel it and eat the money, even though it was there mistake of not finishing in time before I got married now it changes everything all of their answers were from other workers not actual lawyers and my actual lawyer had a big stink when I actually had a question for him and asked him to send paperwork to the car company so they could come pick up my car that I was surrendering and he refused to do it. We had to do it ourselves!!! They would’ve never picked up the cards still have it two years later it’s totally unacceptable. It’s not a good company and it’s a unbelievable waste of money. Go to a credit recovery company. And they will actually dispute each and everything get down the cost unless you actually do qualify for a chapter 7, but I would make sure from a local lawyer and not this company they’re in California and they really just don’t care..
