Once they've got your money, the communication seems to drop right off. They're certainly virtually impossible to get through to on the phone. They also skimp on postage when writing to your 'attorneys' (despite the hefty fees they charge), using second class mail in the first instance (as opposed to Tracked, which is the only sure way of getting things through these days).
