I am extremely disappointed with Lottomart’s handling of a serious security incident. On 29 June 2025, approximately £900 was withdrawn from my personal Lottomart account to a card I do not recognise and have never owned. I did not authorise these withdrawals, did not add this card, and did not request any withdrawal at that time. During live chat with Lottomart support on the same day: • I clearly stated that the card ending 5498 was NOT mine • I confirmed my real card ends 0845 • Support acknowledged the issue, restricted my account, and confirmed an investigation would take place Despite this: • The money was not returned • My complaint was later closed without my consent • I was not provided with proof of card ownership • No withdrawal authorisation logs were shared • No clear explanation of how a new card was added while I was actively playing Lottomart later claimed publicly that there was “no indication this activity took place on their platform”, which directly contradicts: • their own internal chat logs • their own DSAR documents • and their decision to freeze my account for investigation This is not transparency. This is deflection. I have provided identification, cooperated fully, and requested a fair investigation. Instead, I received generic responses and my case was closed without resolution. I am now escalating this matter to regulators and independent bodies, as I believe this represents a failure in account security and complaints handling. I am still seeking: • return of the withdrawn funds • a proper investigation • and accountability for what happened Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lottomart to anyone who expects their funds and account to be properly protected.
