They took my order; guaranteed to deliver by a certain date; and failed to. When I followed up, much later, they acknowledged that I have not, and will not, receive the delivery - and through no fault of my own. They have so far failed to refund me.
They took my money, failed to deliver, and 2 months later I'm still chasing for a refund. They don't answer the phone and they don't reply to emails. If they're reading this and feel like processing my refund at last, it's order number 351893.

So I have just built myself a home bar and needed a keg of guinness for Christmas. I have left tit a little late and was a little worried I would not get one in time, I found love beer while looking and like the look of the prices I ordered on the 16th just before lunch and today the 17th its arrived safe. Can't thank you enough for the fast efficient service. Have a good one all.
