I contacted Luvly support regarding an issue with my account. At first I was a bit unsure if it would be resolved, but the team followed up and took the time to help me sort everything out. The communication was friendly and professional, and I’m happy with how it was handled.
A really bad app, first priority is to get more money from you.
Fantastic exercises that really make a difference to skin if done daily or even several times a week. The only downside is the app itself - it kept resetting for me and removing all my progress, photos etc - it was quite unnerving, not being able to move forward and having to redo the same exercises over and over again. Support team were lovely and very helpful, but we couldn't quite resolve the issue, despite me having the latest iOS and doing all the right things:) So all in all, I'm tempted to resubscribe as I can definitely see the difference in my skin tone and overall appearance - but would love the app to not crash on me:)
