My wife Had a pre booked Covid jab, the tone , comments, the lazy attitude, customer service non existent , as opposed to normal customers service. The male chemist had no interest only to sit in his little room, find reasons, to down talk the customer. Conversations behind counter , amounted to , we are a chemist now we have got to do everything, jabs, blood pressure etc. Pretty sure, not a happy bunch of people. Not even a hello or goodbye, could not be bothered. Any attempt, to water down actual events, is a cover up.
